Pain in lower abdomen

If I have pain in the lower abdomen then I feel the pressure inside the vaginal area, if I try to do any exercise then there will a hell of of pain like squats etc, at the middle of the night sometimes I feel the pain in the form of burning sensation, every test are normal what might be the reason, I consulted many doctor's they told me everything is fine.

Ovarian cyst or it can be a urine infection also kindly correlate with an ultrasound scan of the pelvis and also get a urine culture done
