Pain in lower abdomen during urination

I have been experiencing pain in lower abdomen area during urination as soon as the bladder is emptied. The colour of urine dark yellow and last night frequency of urination was almost at every half an hour. I used heating pad which relieved the pain to some extent. I have a been diagnosed with PCOS and have been taking medicines for that since last month. Is there any possibility of UTI or is this normal?

You are most likely hvng UTI..start syrup alkasol 2tsf twice with glass of water for 5 days.. Consult direct if no relief
