Pain in lower abdomen during pregnancy

I'm currently in my third trimester of pregnancy and currently I'm feeling this pain in my lower abdomen, around the public area. It's worse when I sit down and I want to stand up. My urine test shows no bacteria growth. Pls what could be the cause?

The head must be nudging around that area and trying to get fixed. However please visit your gynaecologist and get examined.
