Hello, I understand your feeling. This pain in cheating your left aspect and you say that it is prominenbtbwhen you have spicy food. It means that you're suffering with gastritis or GERD. A person with gastritis will have the chest burn along with stomach burn or pain ans sometimes associated with vomiting. For this all you need to do is to avoid spicy, fried, stored, fatty,  greasy, cola drinks, sour foods. you may take any sort of daily product bit not the.once stored for too long, take fresh fruit juices and salads, have food which is less spicy.
