I have pain in left side of chest since from last 2 days. Pain is not that severe.Sometimes only I am feeling that pain.what should I do?

Tab.Voberan SR one tab twice daily after meals for 5 days Tab Pan 20. One tab daily before meals for 5 days.
Next Steps
If not getting relief, consult with X'RAY cervical spine AP/ Lat views.
