Pain in left side from head to toe

Feeling pain in left side of body from head to toe specially in arm and shoulder.sometimes tingling in arm and leg in left side only. Want to know if it can be due to vitamin b12 deficiency or due to some blockage in blood flow.kindly advice.

Not heart related. It's a neurologist problem
