Hii dr i feel pain in left side chest and after that chest heaviness actually during office time i have a fear to happening something bad due to this i sacred for call ring and getting excertion and then pain is coming feeling anxious and veryhelp less as I am worried about heart attack Below test done Pft normal Chest x ray normal Cbc normal Ecg normal Echo normal Thyroid normal Urine test normal Lipid profile normal B12 normal Vitamib d normal

Don't panic.  If you are having any risk factors like diabetes, hypertension, smoking or family history of heart disease, go for TMT. It will guide further. Don't be anxious. Sometimes stress may give rise to some problems.If no risk factors or TMT is negative, mostly it might be  musclular pain or even gastritis.
