Pain in left shoulder

Experiencing pain in mu left shoulder joint for last 2 months which becomes severe when i lie down or during sleep as much as I can subconsciously feel the pain thoughout my sleep. Got blood tests done to rule out rheumatoid arthritis... reports are negative. Already completed courses of vit D & tendomac.

Consult physiotherapist, may be due to trapezius and interscapular muscle contracture gives symptoms, get evaluated ,they will release manually

You maybe having stiff shoulder. Consult Ortho surgeon and get xrays or MRI done. You may require an intraarticular injection followed by physiotherapy.
