Experiencing pain in mu left shoulder joint for last 2 months which becomes severe when i lie down or during sleep as much as I can subconsciously feel the pain thoughout my sleep. Got blood tests done to rule out rheumatoid arthritis... reports are negative. Already completed courses of vit D & tendomac.

You maybe having stiff shoulder. Consult Ortho surgeon and get xrays or MRI done. You may require an intraarticular injection followed by physiotherapy.
