Having some kind of irritation in left eye, but no redness from last 3-4 days. Painful while blinking. Sometimes watery too.

Maybe there's a foreign body trapped under the upper eye lid. Do you have a running nose on the same side as the affected eye? Do visit your eye doctor to check it out
