I have pain in my left ear whenever I swallow or eat and with that it slightly pains in my left throat too

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You should get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management. Do salt water gargles thrice a day. .avoid a oily and spicy foods. Drink plenty of fluids. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
