Hi... I have left chest pain with left shoulders... since 3 days..some times I do feel head ache and giddiness.. Anything serious.. Do I need to consult a doctor?

Hello... Chest pain could be due to gastritis, musculoskeletal pain , angina, trauma...you better consult doctor once without knowing exact location with associated symptoms its difficult to diagnose .. They will do ECG ...giddiness, headache could be due to hypoglycemia ,low bp ... Consult general physician
