A particular spot in my left breast is paining for 2 weeks. It happened after I did some heavy Zumba steps. I thought eventually it will reduce but did not. How do I approach this complaint ?

Do a self breast examination done yourself. Palpate your breast by the first 3 fingers flatly on your breast.  Look for any abnormal lumps, . This breast pain can occur before the periods, which is normal phenomenon. Kindly meet a doctor and get examined.
