I have strong left arm pain since 2 months.i had acidity,sore throat, indigestion last month which is under control now.i did 2 blood tests which were normal and had saline in left arm for 4  hrs.i also have chest pain and shortness of breath sometimes.what could be the reason behind left arm pain?..plz suggest some remedy

Colour doppler USG of upper limb if pain started only after saline infusion and is still persisting
