I am having pain in my left arm since last three-four days.kindly guide what could be the reason behind it. I am 47 years old male and had heart attack aronud eight months back.I regularly walk/Jog on treadmill for 49 min regularly and do other exercises also.My ef Is 55%. Three months back Stress echo was done and it was fine. Earlier i was not having any left arm pain.It gets worse if I raise my hand . Kindly guide if it is heart related otherwise kindly suggest pain killer.
