Do u feel increased heart beat? Do you have sweating? Do you have any neck pain? What is type of pain is it just in your arm or do you feel it in upper chest also? Heart attach usually has chest pain radiating to left upper limb which doesn't look like the problem in your case. But i need more elaborate description of pain to have a better understanding of your problem.
