Hi, For past 2months ,my diet is not proper.I have pain in left abdomen and this pain occur only during  bending and mucous in bowel bowel.moment. what will be the cause for this problems?

Pain in abdomen as you said only on bending, it can be muscle ache. For mucus in stool, do stool examination test and consult online with report.
