Knee pain for my grandmother during nights in winter. She is not able to sleep properly due to severe pain. Please suggest medicines for her.

Assuming her age is >60 , is suspect the likely cause of pain is osteoarthritis, first step would be proper examination and to see whether she would be a candidate for intrarticular cortisone injection which may alleviate the severe pain.
