Pain in joints, mostly in hand fingers.

Hi, Facing this problem after delivery. It is been 4months after delivery and Iam observing stiffness in joints. This started around 15th day after giving birth and it is a normal delivery. Please let me know what could be the issue and suggest me for further action. Thanks
