Pain in hip bone and lower part muscles

Dear Dr. I am currently 14 weeks pregnant and since past 2 weeks while having sex I once or twice I feel little pain in my abdomen and later in hip. The same issue occurs when I poop these days as I'm having bit of constipation. Please suggest.
