Heaviness and pain on the left side of the head. Resulting heaviness on the left side of face. The problem has been there for the past three days

this is likely to be either migraine or cluster headache.if these headaches have occured previously,chances of migraine are more.Also ,if there is history of recent cough,cold,ear issues,headache can be secondary to these.BP needs to be checked too.
