Pain in Groin

Hi, I experience a dull pain in my left testicle after gyming, and sometimes when I am doing some physical activity like dancing or sports. The pain disappears after some time. I've tried to see if there are any lumps to verify if this is a case of hernia, but I don't see any. Please provide some input on this. Thanks in advance.

Sir pain is not the actual pain of testicles...Rather it's a referral pain coming from rectus abdominus while workouts ...And may be from adductor muscles named as ..Gracilis ... At the same time  there might be mild subluxation of public symphysis due to faulty posture and weight lifting ...
Next Steps
plz approach to a sports physio with expertise in myofascial trigger points release therapy manually followed by public symphysis adjustment ...
Health Tips
try to stretch more and more contralateral side of iliopsoas muscle. ..your physiotherapist will help u in all these. regards
