I feel pain in foreskin when i try to pull back during masturbation. I can full retract when my penis is not erect but pain to erect foreskin when my penis is erect. What should i do?

This is not a major problem so relax This might be phimosis, come to clinic for physical checkup.
Next Steps
initially we can try with some ointments, else circumcision is the last option left.
