Pain in eye i am experiencing pain in the left eye when ii go in the direct contact of sun light or when high intensity light put to my left eye...please tell what is the reason for this pain

it may be due to sensitivity of intraocular  muscle and brisk reaction due to bright light.  please use dark gaugles in sun light.
