Heaviness on eyes, and sometimes pain on my temporal region that radiates all over . Feels so heavy and make me difficult to do things

Visit nearby ophthalmologist for evaluation of refractive error. If you have more screen time taje frequent breaks inbetween  blink more. Take adequate rest

Please get check for any refractive error,  you may need glasses. Also restrict screentime,  take more frequent breaks during continuous screentime.
