Pain in epigastric region

Hi DOC , I WILL EXPLAIN MY CASE ON JAN 1 I HAD VOMITING after few days I had slight burning sensation in upper abdomen centrally with some swelling which subdued in one week after taking neopride total on the second week of treatment I experienced acid reflux which was subdued by taking taking lower does of that medicine called cyra it . Now I am experiencing pin pricks around  right epigastric region and an obstruction to stomach to expand freely I had done upper GI and blood and stool test which all shows normal . From that region pls help me on this issue thanks

Hi..... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can.... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... .Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function
