All of sudden during flight I felt terrible pain in my ears. Now it is almost 7 hours since flight but I am still feeling terrible pain in my left ear. I am really not able to bear this pain. Please help at this time I am not able to find any doctor near me before 7.00 AM. PLEASE SUGGEST ME SOMETHING.

Hello yes mostly eustachian tube blockage would have occured only thing you can do is chew chocolates or drink water if pain still persists take a pain killer tablet consult ent specialist to ruled out any damage to eustachian tube and tympanic membrane.
