Pain in drinking cold water directly.
On 06/11/17 coronectomy done after pain continues 25/11/17 again extraction surgery of fractured crown of third molar (wisdom teeth) done.presently I have pain in drinking cold water in extraction site.
Is it pain or sensitivity? Pain is cause due to
1.Open socket which is still healing
2. If any food particle is stuck in the socket.
Sensitivity is different from pain.
After extraction sensitivity usually will be there for sometime. As the socket is empty and the adjacent tooth is exposed, cold water might get in contact with the tooth next to the extracted one and cause sensitivity. Moreover as it is winter this problem might be there for few days. Nothing to worry be patient till the healing completely happens.

gargle your mouth twice a day with some salt and warm water. you also can also use beta diner mouth wash to avoid infection if any.

Do not put any sharp objects at the extraction sites, avoid smoking.
