Hello sir. I am having pain in left scapular region since 3-4 days. With on and off pain on cardiac region of cheat especially near the apex. Also i did an ecg which is attached here. Please suggest further course.

ECG looks like normal, may just muscular pain take some painkiller and consult nearest physician
