Pain in chest and numbness in left hand

I have mild pain in left side of chest (4-5 cm below nipple) which occurs every 10-15 days for last 5-6 months. Also i have numbness in hand while taking it high for approximately 10 days and having continuous stiffness in pinky finger for last 4 days.
