After ingesting food . I have difficulty in walking due to pain in chest. On empty stomach I can walk for even 1 hr. Over the last 2 years underwent treatment for GERD, after endoscopy . I suffer from High BP under control with medication. I am not obese. Discontinued smoking last 13 months. ECG And stress test completed on empty stomach. Shows borderline . Symptoms of hernia

If TMT is borderline and you have symptoms then better to undergo an angiogram.
