I have already written this previously but I forgot to ask if this could be DVT or just strained muscle/low electrolytes. 23 year old female with no previous health conditions. I recently had blood work complete CBC with vit B, iron, etc. I'm wondering could the CBC tell if I have a blood clot even though a d-dimer was not done?

No CBC will not tell u about blood clot and d dimmer has negative predicte value best get a venous Doppler of leg
