I have pain in breast from a week.There is white pimple like thing on nipple also.Nipple pains badly while feeding.i feel sharp pain in breast afterfeeding.Baby is 3 months old.Normal delivery.Doctor gave Lyser forte medicine.Want to know if Lyser forte is safe during Breastfeeding. How to treat this pain

Firstly make sure that breasts are not engorged and full of milk. Express the milk out if they are full. Visit your doctor for an examination to see if there are pathological causes of painful breast (like infection,  pus formation or cracked nipple) and for appropriate treatment.  Lyser forte can be taken.
