Severe pain in my both knees .after siting some time then unable to get up and walk. after few painfull steps then starts walking .walking and moving upstairs is very painfully.During night unable to sleep because in rest the pain in knee and leg muscles  increases manyfold.muscle get cold  heating with lamp relives

hello there. you may be having osteoarthritis in the knee. consult a orthopedician. a xray and MRI may be required. visit a orthopedician ASAP because the earlier the treatment, the better the result and surgery can be avoided. in severe osteoarthritis, you may require total knee replacement. regards
