Pain in bone, joints, feet

I have extreme pain in bottom of foot while walking. Bony growth at the back of foot just above heel, as per picture (one foot only) which pains a lot on touching Extreme pain at the joint 3-4 inches below tail bone Bony growth on joints of some fingers as per picture I cannot sit in same posture for long Kindly advice

Require more details. But it seems you are sitting cross legged with that leg and using too much of gadgets plus mobile use. This has caused stiffness of your leg and hand muscles which are getting stretched and giving you pain at the insertion point of the muscles.

You might be having retro calcaneal spur. Kindly get an X-ray of foot done and consult for treatment
