Swelling beging (towards thought) in last lower teeth and pain there.
She has takes Augmentin 625 and Meftal spas in morning.
Pl advise.
Looks like caries in the last tooth. A proper examination is required. Agar deep hai toh you can get it removed. Medications will only give temporary relief. Meftal spas not to be taken for tooth pain.

Pain n swelling indicates that their is some infection. Generally if wisdom tooth is involved, antibiotic n painkillers just give temporary relief. After sometimes again pain can start.

She has already started medicine for the dental problem
But my queries are.......
1. Is it prescribed by Dr. Or self medicated .
2.Why Meftal spas ? DOES SHE HAVE SPASM OF ABDOMINAL MUSCLES .
3. Does she has taken it after having meals or on empty stomach.

A detailed history of pain would have been helpful.Since swelling is there it may be due to some carious process or an infected unerupted tooth.
