Swelling beging (towards thought) in last lower teeth and pain there. She has takes Augmentin 625 and Meftal spas in morning. Pl advise.

Looks like caries in the last tooth. A proper examination is required. Agar deep hai toh you can get it removed. Medications will only give temporary relief. Meftal spas not to be taken for tooth pain.

Pain n swelling indicates that their is some infection. Generally if wisdom tooth is involved, antibiotic n painkillers just give temporary relief. After sometimes again pain can start.

(-) Visit a dental clinic or video consult (-) Need proper x ray to know the extend of problem (-) Can take antibiotic n painkiller to subside problem, but medicines should take only after prescription from doctor (-) Warm saline water rinses 3 to 4 times a day (-) Apply ice pack from outside

Go for xray to determine the extent of decay. Maybe you have to go for extraction of wisdom tooth. Medicines will give only temporary relief. I Take ketorol dt three times daily

Xray of tooth is required However it looks like a decayed lower wisdom tooth. It has to be taken out after prescription medication

There is pain & swelling with  deeply  decayed wisdom tooth . Also she is on medicines for thyroid I. e. Thyronorm Can you share reports & She has already started medicine for the   dental problem But  my queries are....... 1. Is it prescribed by Dr. Or self medicated . 2.Why Meftal spas ?  DOES SHE HAVE SPASM   OF ABDOMINAL MUSCLES . 3. Does she has taken it after having meals or on empty stomach. Please  ,let me know, so that I can correct it.

A detailed history of pain would have been helpful.Since swelling is there it may be due to some carious process or an infected unerupted tooth.
