Pain in arms, joints and on backbone

My mother has some pain in her arms, arms joints and on the end point of backbone. 2-3 years ago her pain was diagnosed but nothing came in test reports. Doctor gave calcium tablets and powder but the pain sustained. Now also her arms are paining. What to do nothing came in any test?

The problem may be associated with muscle spasm in cervical muscles around lower neck with radiating pain in upper limbs.. There is a possibility of cervical spondylosis which may be causing the trouble..
Next Steps
Pls start with hot fomentation,  take analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, apply local analgesic ointment at the site of pain, take calcium and vit d supplements. If possible,  pls get her x ray of cervical spine so that bony status is confirmed..
Health Tips
Avoid heavy work, avoid jerky movements of neck,  avoid heavy exercises..
