Pain in arm

On October 3rd, I had sharp pain in chest( next to arm pit ) and left hand .my heartbeat was fluctuating too It continued for an hour . I thought may be it was sone sort of panic attack or something. But I had it again on 7 . This time it didn’t go and pain was more located in left and armpit shoulder area .. it was in and out for some time then it stayed. I took ibuprofen and it got better Next day went to the hospital, They did everything that was heart related , blood tests and X- ray Everything came back normal . Doctor suggested me to take painkiller if it happens again & should visit the ER in case painkiller doesn’t help .this was October 8th. Since past two days now, I m having this weird pain again . It’s not in chest area anymore. It’s starting from fingers to shoulder arm out area .. if I stand for a longer period i can feel the pain in toe too.
