Hi doctor.im male 31,height 5'10,weight 102 kgs.from past one week i feel uncomfortable in my anal area.when i pass stools i feel like stools cutting my anal.stools are hard,no bleeding,no swelling.as of now i feel itchy.please kindly give me medication.
