Pain in anus area and Constipation

Hi My daughter 4 yrs old has been having constipation and every 2-3 days she complains about pain in anus area. She usually pass stool once in 2 days and she struggles at that time. Usually the stool is tight and dry. She does not want to eat anything other than daal,rice and roti. She drinks cow milk 2-3 times a day. How can we treat her constipation and help her with reducing the pain in anus area? Thanks Bhaskar

Hi, 1.Try to add fruits, fruit juice and vegetables in the diet 2.reduce quantity of milk 3.pain in the anus because of hard stools 4.you may have to use a laxative till stools become normal consistency
