I have undergone hemarrhoidectomy on dec 22 2020. i became normal one month,but since 10 days(16 march 2021) i feel pressure or pain .so i went to doctor again but he told no hemarrhoids internal or external after PR ,so what to do and whom to consult please help

Use sitz bath. Take more fibre in diet Avoid costipation  , can take laxatives sos Pain killer if more pain
