Felt pain in abdomen uper right side and white discharge too. Day before yesterday i did heavy work n from last night i felt pain. Any suggestions please why i feel this

Hi Is pain in abdomen associated with Vomiting?? For white discharge when where your last periods?? Tab.Hyocimax-MF Twice a day after food for 3 days. For pain in abdomen. For white discharge Take Tab.Forcan 200 once a day for 4 weeks.
