  4. Pain in abdomen. Any chance to survive?

From last 4 months I have pain in the left side of the lower abdomen, sometimes on my back ( I attached a photo to understand) .And it is consistent. I also have burning sensation, itching on my genital area ( for one year) . No other symptoms. What should I do ? Is there any chance to survive???
