Pain from Knee to Ankle

I am unable to stand or walk continuously for more than 10 mins. I am getting pain right from my left knee to the ankle. I guess the blood flow to this part of my body is improper. Frequently getting freezing effect on my left leg, I have to tap my leg and rub it to get the blood flowing. I am undergoing severe pain for the past 1 month. I need a valuable suggestions and cure for my ailment. Please suggest.
