Hello..it's well propably issue of muscoskeletal or spine problem...first need to evaluate cause of pain nd leg radiation ..then only  can be helpful in resolving ur pain

Well probably it is spinal issues leading to one sided back pain as well as leg pain.... it is better to consult an orthopaedician and get examined and evaluated first...usually the nerve will be getting compressed leading to such issues .. need not worry...90 percent of the cases get resolved with rest only...thank you
