I had a miscarriage in April 2017 and my doctor did a d&c I also had to have A blood transfusion because I was bleeding so much I had like eight blood cells left but to get to the point it's now October 2017 and having sex has been so painful like sever pain and after having sex I have been having lower stomach pain and I have no type of health insurance so is there anything that I could do at home to get rid of the pain

You need to get an ultrasound done to see for any PID ..pelvic inflammatory disease,all with other necessary Blood tests  like CBC, urine culture, Vaginal culture,based on which we shall be able to advise you home.remedies to resolve this issue .
