Hello Docter... When I am 7yrs old I am unable to pass urine due to small hole ,so they removed my penis foreskin in child age Now, during masturbation,penis become tight. mastubrating doing speedy, there was small scratch on penis, I get pain  from Nerve how should I relief from pain?
