Pls prescribe name of any good anaesthetic gel..also mention method to use and most important during first time sex ,if i musing then how much time its effect is on that vaginal part?

You cn use local xylocaine jelly or lignocaine ointment. It doesn't anaethesize the whole part but it kind of lubricates and you ll hv less pain. Nothing like no of hours and all
