I have itching and swelling which cause me problem in sitting, bowel movement so please suggest me some pain killer for now as i m out of station for company's work and can't consult doctor here as its not my home town.

Madam please take a paracetamol for pain..you need to be examined for giving you any further drugs..but as of now paracetamol should be ok
