Main problem is continuous pain at the back side of right leg along the thigh to Feet and electric shock feelings at the feet intermittently. Climbing steps, walking, pressure at the back side of thigh causes increasing effect even breaks the sleeping at night. Full History of present complaints: 1. The problem had been observed since the year 2007. Initially treatment was continuing as Orthopaedic problem as the problem was very minimum level. Actual root cause, a benign nerve sheath tumor at the Sciatic Notch of Greater Sciatic Foreman found out during a MRI contrast test at Kolkata since 2010 and doctors declared either it will take a major operation or bear the pain under observation by MRI/year until beyond control. The problem very gradually increases from 2007 to 2017 and now the pain as well as electric shock like effect increases significantly so that it is hard to continue daily life activity.
