Pain beside right testicle after 4ft jum

I jumped from 4feet height and felt jerk below my testicles ,I started feeling this pain from right testicle bottom to almost to the right lower abdomen till oblique.a kind of cramp.not able to self exam if my testicle part is swollen or not.do I need to visit a specialist/general physician for this issue.its my frst day after the incident.taking voveran SR 100 tab.please advice
